Whether it’s a storm that knocks out the power unexpectedly or planned upgrades or maintenance of our electricity system, when there’s an outage we want you to know about it. One of the ways that you can be sure to be in the know is to sign up for Outage Alerts. Alerts will send you a message when there’s a power outage affecting your area via text or email. And, you’ll also get updates on cause and expected restoration times. You can sign up multiple email or cell numbers to receive alerts so everyone in the family can be informed.
